Mistral raises €3 billion Series D at €21 billion valuation led by Samsung

Mistral announced a €3 billion Series D funding round at a post-money valuation exceeding €21 billion, the largest equity fundraising by a European technology company, led by Samsung Electronics with co-leads Scaleup Europe Fund and PSG Equity. The capital will expand frontier AI research and compute capacity for training models. Mistral operates across 20 countries and supports mission-critical deployments at over 125 global enterprises including Airbus, ASML, and HSBC.
